IFF with opt-in (multilingual)

The Opt-in question on our Instant Feedback Form allows our clients to: (1) collect seller ratings on their own website and (2) collect consent for sending a product feedback request at a later point in time (e.g. when the product(s) are delivered).

The form can be integrated behind a button, in an Iframe, as a link or you can add it as a pop-up on pageload.
